Raindrops and a knitted chick
The rain stopped for a while, which provided a photo opportunity and some fun for one of the little chicks!
Knitted chick from ‘The Chicks’ knitting pattern, find it in my Ravelry or Etsy stores.

I’ve enjoyed having these little chaps out to decorate the Christmas Tree, they’ve appeared in many of my photos over the festive period! All the birdies are knit from my Seasonal Birdie Baubles pattern, which can be found in my online shops.
Enjoy the photos
I’ve recently been playing around with taking some new promotional photos of my softies, mainly for Instagram and Etsy updates. I had fun with some old favourites and hope you like the photos, all knitting patterns can be found in my Etsy shop and on Ravelry

Peppy Penguin ( from Perceval and Peppy Penguin pattern)
I designed Oliver and Olivia a few years ago and am now offering the knitting pattern to make these cute, fluffy owlets free here:
I used a double knit weight yarn; however you could use a chunky yarn for larger owlets or a finer, 4ply yarn to make smaller ones. The owlets make lovely decorations and a smaller size would look sweet on your Christmas tree!
This cute Snowman Christmas Jumper knitting pattern is now available in my online shops. The jumper pattern includes sizes for babies and toddlers up to 48 months. The smaller sizes would make a lovely set with my Snowman Booties and Snowman Baby Hat patterns.
“So The Knitter is on a roll once again and has created A Foxy Pillow, as she calls it. I can’t say that I am exactly excited about it, it’s the same size as me! I did my best to pay as little attention to it as possible as I turned my head away and feigned disinterest. Just as long as it knows who is boss around here, which is me, of course. I believe that I make much better company anyway and a much better pet. I have bundles more charm coupled with dashing good-looks, well I’m almost impossible to resist! Maybe I am being too harsh on the fox, it is only a pillow after all.”
The Knitter has focussed her attention on all things Christmassy. As a result of this a pair of woolly snowman booties have appeared. I am certain that they will make good company this Christmas, however, I am upset that The Knitter could not provide me with a cat-sized version, my paws are getting a bit nippy…
You can purchase your copy of the pattern on any of The Knitters websites…Happy Knitting!
